I use this shoe for running both indoors and on trails outside, very comfortable, especially for long runs! My feet don't hurt after running like i have had issues with in the past! I just wish i would have purchased a different color, they only had the black and hot pink ones, i would have liked the white and blue better, more variety of colors in store would be ideal.
