The Phoenix Power Bench is a heavy-duty, multi-purpose bench constructed of 2-1/2" steel frame and uprights for durability and long life. Will accept either a standard or Olympic weight bar. A leg lift is included along with a deluxe lat tower and preacher curl to maximize the number of exercises that can be performed with this equipment. There are storage stands at the rear of the bench for the preacher curl & lat tower when not in use.
