I use this product mainly on the treadmill and I have been very impressed. For being the cheapest shoe at the store my expectations weren't that great, but the moment I put the shoe on I knew that it was going to be a great shoe. It's very light and has plenty of ventilation. I would recommend a different shoe if you are wanting to run outside in the winter though because between walking from my car to the gym after I completed my workout you could definitely feel the cold air in the shoe. If this is a cheap asic model...I can only imagine what their higher priced stuff feels like.
