Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
The size is right in very near regulation and the semi-bungee ropes work almost just like chains. It comes with a proper heavy duty travel bag that the target actually fits back into plus 2 side pouches. I did have a metal arm holding the basket break almost right away however, it is still totally usable.
