No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Worst shoes ever! Within a few months, of just normal walking, the bottom of the shoe wore out. The spring under the ball of the foot, actually came through the bottom of the shoe. I would have thought [$] shoes would be worth it, but they were not. DO NOT BUY THESE SHOES!!!!
