I've only had this machine for a week, before that I used an elliptical at our local YMCA about 4 times a week. Compared to the Y's machines, this seems to have a higher resistance level. I have it on Level 1, and it is harder than the Y's middle level. Besides that, it seems to be a great workout- very smooth.

Only had the system for 24 hours but the frame is very heavy and solid. The electronics seem a bit cheap but they work like they should. Over all the system seems like a very solid system and I would recommend it to most people.
