So it was my first year in babe ruth and my old mitt was too small. It was between this and the wilson a2000. I chose this mittbecause it has a nice feel and look. this is a mice mitt because it has full grain leather which takes longer to break in but last the longest. The inside has soft deerskin which is a nice touch. overall this is a great mitt
